Kids love snacking that is why it is better for us if we can find a healthier choice for their snacking time. In fact, fast food and unhealthy snack are everywhere. To maintain their health while snacking, we can offer organic snack. The first choice on organic snack is smoothies. As we know that kid commonly love milkshakes, to replace it we can give them fruit smoothies. We may start to provide them with mixture of organic milk or orange juice, yoghurt and honey. We can add organic fruit snacks whether it is frozen or fresh served. Mix it all until it blended well. Another healthy organic snack is ‘green smoothies’. It can be made from adding a handful of kale or spinach. Do not worry about the taste because the fruit will cover the taste of vegetable.
